Square Bidness is actively upgrading HQ2 in Pineville — including full interior repaint, replacement of legacy flooring with LVP, targeted subfloor repairs, and systematic electrical upgrades (outlets, switches, and recessed lighting). This work is performed by the owner on-site, with support from Start2Finish Contracting on related projects, and positions HQ2 as both an operational headquarters and a training lab for future data center and infrastructure buildouts.
