Field Execution & On-Site Systems
How Square Bidness runs work in the field: real contractors, live tracking, power planning, and service flows
โ all wired into SB Tech Lab.
Field Execution & On-Site Systems
Square Bidness is not presenting concepts on paper โ the work is already active in the field
and supported by in-house tools.
-
HQ2 Electrical & Interior Work โ Start2Finish Contracting
Square Bidness has an established partnership with Start2Finish Contracting, a trusted local contractor who
has already completed work on our Hammond property and is now leading electrical and interior upgrades at HQ2.
Phase I includes full-room rewires (sockets, switches, closet lighting and ceiling fans), with a consistent
pace of one finished room per day. This pace protects safety and quality while still driving steady progress.
-
Live Progress Tracking โ SB Tech Lab
All on-site work is tracked through SB Tech Lab, our internal web-based toolset. Dedicated pages for
Start2Finish show current status, percentage of completed outlets and ceiling fans, room-by-room progress,
and required photo documentation. This creates a clear audit trail and gives lenders visibility into how work
is sequenced and delivered over time.
-
Standardized Photo & Documentation Protocols
Every completed room is documented with before-and-after photos, tool and material layouts, and short video
clips of key systems (such as functioning ceiling fans). We use a consistent filename convention and a central
gallery to keep records organized. This reduces risk, supports future inspections, and makes it easy to verify
that funds are translating directly into completed work.
-
Power & Infrastructure Planning
In parallel with interior upgrades, Square Bidness is building out EMT and THHN-based power plans using
dedicated pull maps, grounding and bonding references, and materials checklists inside SB Tech Lab.
These tools support a clean expansion path from basic residential service to the future Tech Lab and
data-focused buildout on the existing 40ร50 concrete slab.
-
Tax Pass โ Service Layer in Motion
Beyond physical upgrades, Square Bidness already has a live service workflow in motion through Tax Pass.
There is a public-facing sales page and a lab-based client intake flow tied to a specific partner office code.
This demonstrates that new products and services are being tested with real users, not just planned in theory.
You can access the field playbook at
lab.squarebidness.com/tax-pass/.
Together, these systems show that Square Bidness is operating with momentum and capacity:
construction partners are active, digital tools are already deployed, and each phase of work is tracked,
documented, and designed to de-risk lender participation.
