Standard field documentation for HQ2 progress — captured once per room or task completion.
1) Exterior — Property Context
- Front of the house — slow, steady 8–10 sec pan
- Wide shot showing driveway + structure
Purpose: lender & progress reference — no people required.
2) Electrical Work — Before & After
- BEFORE: open box / old outlet or switch
- AFTER: clean new plate installed
- Angle straight on — no shadows, no flash
3–5 seconds each · Room completion proof.
3) Ceiling Fan Replacement
- Wide shot of full ceiling fan installed
- Short clip of power-on / running
Shows competency + completion.
4) Tools & Materials Layout
- Drill, tester, plates, switches, screws laid clean
- Shot from overhead — no clutter
Banks love visuals that show capability, not theory.
5) Optional — Start2Finish Presence
- Simple still or 3–4 second clip
- No acting — natural, on-site
- Line (optional): “Start2Finish — we do work that lasts.”
Only if it feels right — never forced.
