- Replaced all floors throughout the house (whole-home hard surface).
- Removed old carpet, including carpeted bathrooms, and converted to tile / hard flooring.

- Exterior brick painted white for a clean, updated elevation.
- Coordinated interior finish work (cabinets, trim and surfaces).
- Electrical device upgrades (outlets, switches, fans, lights) coordinated with
Square Bidness Tech Lab as the electrical partner.
Start2Finish LLC is a full-house contractor — responsible for delivering the property turnkey,
from demo to finished product. Square Bidness handles the electrical upgrades and tech-lab layer.

contractor based in Louisiana. On the current 2,700 sq ft project, Start2Finish has replaced
all flooring (removing carpet from the bathrooms and living spaces), painted every interior wall,
and refinished the exterior brick to a clean white elevation, while Square Bidness Tech Lab manages
the electrical device upgrades. Work is already underway on site, which reduces build-out risk and
accelerates timelines for any funded improvements.
